I enrolled in the Carbohydrate Metabolism Masterclass a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I just added it to my cart and checked out. Access to the online learning modules was immediate, which was great. The video lectures were detailed and the accompanying slides were downloadable, which I found really useful for notes. I also liked that they offered CPD credits, that was a key factor for me. The content itself was in-depth, covering a lot of ground without feeling rushed. I found a couple of the older videos had slightly lower audio quality compared to the newer ones, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, it provided a lot of practical information that I can apply.

Good course, slow support

I bought the Sports Nutrition Course last month. The content was really solid and well-presented, definitely helped me understand things better for my practice. The lectures were clear and the scientific paper summaries were a nice touch. My only complaint is that when I had a question about accessing a module, it took about three days to get a response from customer support. Not terrible, but a bit slow when you're trying to get through the material on a schedule. Overall, I'm satisfied with the value.

Worth it with discount

The amount of content, especially the Expert Guest Lectures and Infographic Library Access, is pretty impressive for what I paid.
